TEXTILES
This Wall Hanging work was made in 2012 for a show at NP40 Gallery in Amsterdam, The Netherlands while I was there on a six month self directed residency. I challenged myself by working in a medium I had never experimented with before.
The pieces on linen and cotton are experiments done during a bi-weekly event in my studio where several artists come together to work on textile projects which include rug making, quilts, sail making and reusing materials to create art or functional items.
